Jason Stent was born and raised in Hawkes Bay where he fell in love with wine and cycling. He spent many seasons in France cycling for an amateur team and falling more in love with wine, particularly Bordeaux wines. He returned with an invigorated passion to the Hawkes Bay wine industry and continues to shine as Paritua's chief winemaker, now producing some of NZ's top and most bespoke wines.
